Inquiry information

Our contact form opens on the agency’s existing Squarespace website. When you submit it, Squarespace handles the business and contact details you provide and sends the responses to the agency’s configured email inbox. Coverage selections on this website are not sent automatically; you can copy them into your message. Do not include policy numbers, financial account details, health information or other sensitive documents.

Access and email delivery

Current form responses are managed through Squarespace and the agency’s designated email inbox. The private inquiry area on this website is restricted to authorized agency access and does not receive submissions from the Squarespace form.

Optional usage reporting

You can choose whether to allow first-party usage reporting. When enabled, it records page paths and actions such as contact-link clicks, using campaign labels and referring domains. Contact-form clicks are counted when you allow reporting; completed submissions on Squarespace are not tracked by this website. It does not record form field contents in usage events. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics are loaded by this website.

Coverage requests
